Action in Crossapol Bay, Tiree

Just the kind of weather for man of action, keen surfer Jim Gamble. A regular visitor to the island, Jim was captured on video in Crossapol Bay in the tail end of Gonzalo. Jim comments, “You can never really tell the wind speed on camera ( it was gusting over 50mph). A wee bit overpowering!”

When visiting the island, in addition to surfing and cycling, Jim worships at Tiree Baptist Church. He is one of a number of surfers who help swell the congregation.
