It is a late October and late in the afternoon.
It has been a day of sunshine and sharp, short hail showers.
As we park the car the wind is raw and it cuts right through you.
Rainbows are transient, one minute you see them, the next and they are gone.
With the sun low in the sky
you are conscious of the dunes
and the Atlantic breaking on the rocks.
Out of the wind down on the beach it is very pleasant.
Finally a couple of boats add a splash of colour.
Thanks for walking with us.
A walk our visitor had not walked before.
